   • Finding a middle ground between the inherent secretive nature of Quantitative Science and the general scientific principle of openness.
3. Event Secrecy
   • Discussion on the level of secrecy to be maintained for the events organized by the club.
4. Expectations from the Quant Club
   • Setting clear expectations and objectives for the Quant Club moving forward.
5. Developing the Quant Club
   • Strategies and plans to further develop and grow the Quant Club.

6. Membership Selection and Cap
   • Determining the criteria for selecting new members and discussing the maximum number of members to be allowed in the club.
7. Discussion Topics in Meetings
   • Whether the club should facilitate discussions about work during its meetings.

Decisions Made:

1. Monthly Meetings
   • The club will organize meetings on a monthly basis.
2. Executive Committee
   • An executive committee will be established to guide decisions and steer the club’s direction.
3. Communication Platforms
   • In addition to the CrunchDAO Discord group, a WhatsApp group will be created to facilitate communication among members.
4. Membership Selection
   • Membership will be on a selective basis, with individuals being able to apply and selections made at the discretion of club members.
5. Event Confidentiality
   • While the club will primarily operate privately, some events will be open to the public, striking a balance between exclusivity and openness.
